1. About the Program

The SenseMe City Partner Program is designed for people who want to introduce SenseMe to their local communities, grow brand awareness, and earn commissions through product sales and business referrals.

There is no single way to be a SenseMe City Partner. You can choose the approach that works best for you: promote SenseMe online, sell products at offline markets and events, introduce SenseMe to retail stores, or combine several of these activities.

2. Commission Overview

Online Sales via Personal Code 5–30% Earn commission on monthly sales generated through your personal code. Your audience receives 5% off eligible products.
New Retail Partners (B2B) 15% Earn commission on the first paid order only from each new retail store or point of sale you introduce to SenseMe. No commission is paid on repeat orders.
Offline Markets & Events 30% Earn commission on eligible SenseMe product sales at in-person events, including sales from your own SenseMe stock and stock provided by SenseMe.

All commissions are calculated on eligible product sales, subject to the exclusions and terms outlined in the relevant sections below.

3. Online Sales via Personal Discount Code

Promote SenseMe through your social media accounts, website, newsletter, community, or other relevant online channels.

You will receive a personal discount code to share with your audience.

Customer Discount

Customers receive 5% off eligible products when using your personal discount code.

Partner Commission

Your commission rate depends on the total eligible sales generated through your personal code during each calendar month.

The applicable rate is determined by your total eligible sales for the calendar month and applies to those sales for that month.

Commission Calculation

Commission is calculated on eligible product sales after the customer discount has been applied, excluding shipping fees, VAT, refunds, and cancelled orders.

Payment Schedule

Online commissions are calculated monthly and paid by the 7th day of the following month.

4. Introducing New Retail Partners (B2B)

If you know a boutique, concept store, specialty shop, or another suitable retail business that could carry SenseMe products, you can introduce them to us.

Commission

You earn 15% commission on the first paid order only from each new retail partner you introduce to SenseMe.

To qualify, you must introduce the business to SenseMe, and the business must place and pay for its first order.

No commission is paid on repeat orders or subsequent purchases from the same retail partner.

Commission Calculation and Payment

Commission is calculated on the eligible product value of the first paid order, excluding discounts, shipping fees, VAT, refunds, and cancelled transactions, where applicable.

B2B commissions are paid by the 7th day of the month following receipt of the first order payment.

5. Offline Markets & Events

You can represent SenseMe at local markets, fairs, pop-ups, exhibitions, and other in-person events.

Commission

You earn 30% commission on eligible SenseMe product sales made at offline events.

The same commission rate applies whether you sell candles from your own SenseMe stock or inventory already in your possession, or additional stock provided by SenseMe for an event.

Stock and Logistics

  • You estimate the quantity of candles required and coordinate your stock needs with SenseMe in advance.

  • SenseMe may provide additional stock for events and covers the shipping costs of that stock to you.

  • You cover event participation fees, transportation, accommodation, and other event-related expenses.

  • Unsold stock remains with you for future events and does not need to be returned after each event.

  • You are responsible for tracking stock received, products sold, and remaining inventory.

Sales Reporting and Commission Payment

After each event, you provide SenseMe with a sales report showing the total sales value, units sold, and remaining stock, including relevant refunds or cancelled transactions.

Commission is calculated on eligible product sales and paid the day after the event, subject to receipt of the sales report and confirmation of the amounts due.

6. General Terms

  • Commissions are calculated on eligible product sales, excluding VAT, shipping fees, refunds, and cancelled transactions, where applicable.

  • Customer discounts are deducted before calculating commission.

  • Commissions are payable only on eligible, completed sales attributable to the Partner under the relevant program.

  • Partners must provide accurate sales information and comply with the agreed reporting requirements.

  • Partners are expected to represent SenseMe and its products accurately and professionally.

  • SenseMe reserves the right to review and update the program terms, with notice to active Partners.
